We deliver across India wherever our courier partners provide service. Serviceability depends on your delivery pincode, which is checked at checkout. If a pincode isn't serviceable, you'll be informed before placing your order.
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You'll receive an email and SMS once your order has been dispatched.
Standard delivery across India generally takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or logistics conditions.
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499. For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Any applicable charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
1-day delivery is available for eligible Delhi areas. Availability depends on your delivery pincode and serviceability, and the option is shown at checkout where applicable. If your area isn't eligible, your order follows the standard 3–7 business day timeline.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use it to track your shipment on the courier partner's website in real time. Tracking details are also available from your account's order page once the order has shipped.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate — we aren't able to redirect a parcel once it's with the courier. Couriers typically make multiple delivery attempts. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse it or record a clear unboxing video and report it promptly so we can help under our Returns & Replacement policy. Repeatedly refused or undelivered orders may affect your ability to place future Partial COD orders.
